What is CashPilot Tools / cashpilottools?
CashPilot Free Tools (cashpilottools.com) is a free online suite for PDF, Word, Excel, invoices, salary slips, CVs, and related utilities, operated by HH Nexus Marketing.
What software is available?
CashPilot Free Tools has PDF, Word, and Excel conversion suites plus standalone tools like invoice, salary slip, CV, tax estimate, watermark, and text tools. Open All tools to browse every feature.
Which tools are free?
Most PDF and Word tools are free up to 20 MB. Image ↔ PDF and Image ↔ Word are free up to 5 MB. Files over those limits need Premium (up to 100 MB) once payment is enabled.
Do I need to sign in?
You can browse without an account. Running conversions and generators requires Google Sign-In. One login covers all tools on that browser until you log out.
Which tools are Premium-only?
Compress PDF and Compress Word stay Premium-only (up to 100 MB) until payment methods are connected.
Which image formats are supported?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, TIF/TIFF, and GIF. PDF/Word → images can export as JPG or PNG.
How long are uploaded files kept?
Convert and merge files are deleted right after processing. Edit sessions keep the file up to 30 minutes for preview and changes, then auto-delete.
Will scanned PDFs work for PDF to Word?
Text-based PDFs convert best. For image-only scans, use PDF OCR first to extract text, then convert if needed.
