Welcome to HH Nexus Marketing. By accessing or using our website and tools, including CashPilot Free Tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Service

HH Nexus Marketing provides access to online tools and related features through our website.

To run tools (convert, generate, download, and similar actions), you must sign in with Google. Browsing the site does not require sign-in. We never receive your Google password.

The site may display third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense) when advertising is enabled. Ads are subject to our Privacy Policy and your cookie preferences.

Premium access is available for $1.50 USD per month.

The specific tools, features, and functionality available through the service may change or be updated from time to time.

2. Subscription

Premium access is provided on a monthly subscription basis.

By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee according to the selected billing arrangement.

The subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it before the next billing date.

3. Payments — Paddle Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through our checkout.

Paddle handles payment processing, billing, order-related customer support, and refunds where applicable.

Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy may also apply to purchases processed through Paddle. See Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Paddle Privacy Policy.

For payment, billing, refund, or order-related assistance, customers may contact Paddle through Paddle Buyer Support at paddle.net.

For questions relating to the use or functionality of CashPilot Tools, customers may contact HH Nexus Marketing at info@hhnexusmarketing.com.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, future recurring charges will be stopped. You may normally continue to access the premium service until the end of your current paid subscription period.

5. Refunds

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Please review our Refund Policy for additional information.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where Paddle is Merchant of Record, refund and billing requests may be handled through Paddle in accordance with Paddle's policies and applicable consumer law.

6. Account Security

Accounts are created through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity performed while signed in on your devices and browsers.

Use Log out when finished on a shared computer. Do not allow others to use your signed-in session.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal activities
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Interfere with the operation or security of the service
Abuse, exploit, or intentionally disrupt the tools
Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

8. Tool Availability

We aim to keep our tools available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued when necessary.

We provide support for our tools through our available support channels.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, HH Nexus Marketing will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
