How it works
Step 1
Message us
Email info@hhnexusmarketing.com or use Contact. Pricing: Rs 5,000 one-time install + Rs 1,000/month.
Step 2
Pay & get license
Pay by bank transfer. After payment, HH Nexus sends your email + license key.
Step 3
Install & activate
Download Setup.exe, open the app, enter the same email + key, then log in with that email.
After you get a license
- Message HH Nexus and complete bank transfer
- Receive your email + license key from us
- Install from cashpilottools.com/download
- Open app → activate with that email + key
- Login username = that email
- Use Add Stock → Bill Generate (print invoice) → Sales for profit
- Go online at least once every 7 days

Is CashPilot Stocks free?
No. Rs 5,000 one-time install + Rs 1,000/month. Message HH Nexus after bank transfer to get your license.
How do I get a license?
Email info@hhnexusmarketing.com or open Contact. After payment we create your key and send it to you.
Do I need internet?
Yes for activation and required updates. After a successful online check you may stay offline up to 7 days. More than 7 days offline locks the app until it verifies online again.
What is my login username?
The same email we registered on your paid license.
Can I print grocery-style invoices?
Yes. Bill Generate → Print invoice opens a receipt page (shop/POS style), shows the system print dialog (thermal 80mm or normal), and can save a receipt PDF. You can reprint from Sales → open bill → Print invoice.
Where do I get support?
Email info@hhnexusmarketing.com or open the in-app Support guide (Login, Stock, Bills, Sales, PDF, Account).
