Support — how to use

Download & Windows warning
- Always download from cashpilottools.com/download (official site).
- Windows or Edge may show “suspicious download” or “Windows protected your PC”. This is normal for a new unsigned installer — not a virus from our site.
- Edge: Keep → Show more → Keep anyway. SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway. Or right‑click the file → Properties → Unblock → OK, then run.
Login & license
- Get a free key at Get free license using your email.
- Open CashPilot Stocks → enter the same email + key → Activate.
- Login username is that email. Keep Account & license email window scrollable to reach password / recovery fields at the bottom.
Add Stock
- Open Add Stock to create items with name, quantity, price, and barcode when needed.
- Save each item so it appears in inventory for billing.
Update Stock
- Select an existing item to change quantity, price, or details.
- Keep counts accurate so bills and profit stay correct.
Bill Generate
- Build a bill from stock items, then use Print invoice & complete.
- A grocery-style receipt page opens (shop / POS look).
- The system print dialog appears — use a thermal 80mm printer or a normal printer.
- A receipt PDF can also be saved for your records.
Sales / Profit
- Open Sales to review completed bills and profit.
- Open a past bill → Print invoice to reprint the same receipt.
Export PDF
- Use PDF export for reports and saved receipts when you need a file copy.
Account
- Manage password and recovery from the Account area (scroll inside the window if fields are below the fold).
- Email change uses OTP to your current license email — internet required.
