How it works
Step 1
Download
Install the Windows Setup.exe from cashpilottools.com/download.
Step 2
Get license
Get a free key with your email at /get-license (one email = one key).
Step 3
Activate in app
Open the app, enter the same email + key, then log in with that email.
After install
- Install from cashpilottools.com/download
- Get key at cashpilottools.com/get-license
- Open app → activate with the same email + key
- Login username = that email
- Use Add Stock → Bill Generate (print invoice) → Sales for profit
- Go online at least once every 7 days
FAQ
Is CashPilot Stocks free?
Yes — free license for now. One email = one key, locked to one device.
Do I need internet?
Yes for activation and required updates. After a successful online check you may stay offline up to 7 days. More than 7 days offline locks the app until it verifies online again.
What is my login username?
The same email you used to get the license key.
Can I print grocery-style invoices?
Yes. Bill Generate → Print invoice opens a receipt page (shop/POS style), shows the system print dialog (thermal 80mm or normal), and can save a receipt PDF. You can reprint from Sales → open bill → Print invoice.
